The more sun that is in the area that you plant your herbs, the better off they will be and the more flavor that they will produce. One way you can use the herbs from your culinary herb garden is basil. A simple way to eat this herb is to slice some juicy red tomatoes, possibly also from your vegetable garden, overlap them on a plate and sprinkle them with some extra virgin olive oil and basil. For that extra flavor you can also add a squeeze of a fresh lemon.
